(1) ANNUAL FEE

(2) SMALL LETTERS -
(a) Where an article is a small letter which both:
(i) displays a delivery point identifier contained within a barcode; and
(ii) is addressed and formatted in accordance with the guidelines issued by Australia Post pursuant to Schedule 7 of the Australia Post Terms and Conditions

(b) Handwritten in accordance with the guidelines issued by Australia Post pursuant to Schedule 7 of the Australia Post Terms and Conditions

(3) OTHER REPLY PAID ARTICLES -
In other cases, where the article is addressed and formatted in accordance with the guidelines issued by Australia Post pursuant to Schedule 7 of the Australia Post Terms and Conditions, 10¢ per article in addition to postage, including those cases where an article is offered for delivery to a former customer.
