(1) The rate, per small letter, in Table 14
(2) In Table 14, "intrastate delivery" is the delivery of an article within the State or Territory in which it is lodged and includes -
(a) a carriage described in sub item 9(3) and
(b) a carriage in accordance with the postcodes defined in the Sort Plan, published by Australia Post from time to time.
(3) For the purpose of determining the rate in Table 14 -
(a) an article addressed to Norfolk Island shall be deemed to have been addressed to a place in NSW; or
(b) an article lodged in, or addressed to, a place in (A) in Table 19 (Item 10) shall be deemed to have been lodged in, or addressed to, a place in (B) of that table.
