A program designed to give you the skills to excel
Every person joining our Graduate Program is as different as the areas that you could be joining at Australia Post. So flexibility is very important in the Graduate Program to make sure that you’re happy and we’re able to place you in areas where you can make a difference. Our business extends far beyond the conventional mail delivery. Think of your favourite DVD, items you ordered online, the wine you drink – chances are that Australia Post had a hand in bringing them to you every
day, everywhere. Over recent years, we have expanded our areas of expertise – so come and join our team to expand your life.
Our Graduate Program runs for two years. We’ll work closely with you to ensure that your development does much more than fine tune your technical abilities ... and that it benefits you as a whole person.
Expect to be involved in a mix of day to day work and also project related assignments that will really test your skills. Some of these will involve teamwork; others will rely on your ability to move a project forward on your own. Either way, you have the motivation to succeed and learn and the Graduate Program is there to support you in your endeavours.

What happens next?
The selection process is made up of a number of different stages which may include a combination of the following:
- online application screening
- motivational profile
- an interactive group assessment activity
- behavioural interviews
- aptitude or psychometric testing
- reference checking
- medical and character checks.
Final offers will be dependent upon successful completion of degree qualifications.
