mail overseas:
- Check items are safe to mail
There are some destination country specific regulations that
affect how and what you may send.
- Pack items securely
Our packaging guidelines will help ensure your article travels
safely.

outlets. These envelopes, satchels and boxes come in a range of sizes.
- Address mail clearly including a return address
Correct addressing is essential for ensuring your article
reaches its destination.
- Send valuable items securely
Different countries have varying rules about sending valuable
items in the international mail.
- Complete a customs form if required
Find out which customs documentation you will need depending
on what you are sending.
- Ensure your article size and weight is acceptable
There are size and weight limits for international articles,
some of which may depend on the destination country, or the
service you use.

Depending on which service you use and which county you are sending to,
the Delivery Times for your item will vary.
Make sure you are not sending items which are Prohibited in the destination
country, or considered to be Dangerous Goods.
